The newly expanded Downtown Jamaica Partnership (Business Improvement District “BID”) boundaries encompass the areas that were previously included in the 3 individual BIDs (165th St Mall, Jamaica Center BID, and the Sutphin Boulevard BID).
Downtown Jamaica District
The new district now lies along Sutphin Boulevard between 94th Avenue and Hillside Avenue; Jamaica Avenue between Sutphin Boulevard and 169th Street; Union Hall Street between Jamaica Avenue and Archer Avenue; and 165th Street between Jamaica Avenue and 84th Avenue.
